PRIVACY STATEMENT

The Withlacoochee Regional Planning Council (WRPC) privacy policy is to collect no personal information about those who visit the website unless the visitor has affirmatively chosen to make such information available. When visitors access the website, the server automatically recognizes the visitors internet domain and IP address, however, this information does not result in the identification of the visitors' personal e-mail address or other personal information. Aggregate information regarding the volume and timing of visitor access to the website is collected to improve website usability, this information is not shared with other organizations. Personal information provided by visitors subscribing to one of our information services, sending us an e-mail message, or those filling out an electronic form with personal information will only be used for authorized purposes. Some of the information may be saved for a designated period of time to comply with Florida's archiving policies, but will not be disclosed to third parties or other governmental agencies, unless required by state or federal law.
